2014-12-23 Emacs Wiki Migration

Current status:

1. Nic Ferrier set up a dedicated machine with nginx to act as a cache for emacswiki.org

2. I’ve switched emacswiki.org to read-only for the moment (since you can only reach the front page anyway)

3. I’ve pointed emacswiki.org to Nic’s machine instead of mine—as soon as this change reaches you, you should be using Nic’s cache

4. Tomorrow, I’ll remove emergency URL rewrite which redirects all wiki requests except for the main page to http://emacswiki.org/load.html

Ideally, this would mean that we’ll see a read-only copy of emacswiki.org back up, soon. Once Nic and I figure out how to handle the cookie and the ETag stuff for Emacs Wiki, we can make the wiki editable again.
