We spent some time looking at the three crosses in Monasterboice (which was hard to find), many hours in Knowth and Newgrange (more neolithic passage tombs), and finally retired to our hotel on the Howth peninsula (which was very hard to find).
We stayed at the Deer Park Hotel Golf & Spa. They had a nice pool but we arrived too late. I don’t play golf. The restaurant was practically empty. I felt weird. I wouldn’t go there again.
