2011-04-06 Yoga is the new Wisdom

I recently started to do a little bit of Yoga. I feel good about it, and I hope it’ll get rid of some of my occasional back pain and all that.

Plus, I keep thinking about Blair’s New Skill - Yoga. I just got my wife started on reading Frank Herbert’s Dune. The Bene Gesserit and their prana-bindu training were also mentioned by Blair.
